Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping over purchase of 50 USD to all US states except Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping within 2-4 Business days from receipt of order. Products are shipped through prominent logistics providers through Standard shipping. For Express Shipping, based on location and duration, additional rates would apply.

Return and Refund Policy

1. It is our pride and pleasure to always deliver items of the highest standard and quality to our patrons and to check for any defects. If there is any defect, we will be happy to assist you with a fairly simple return policy. But we are hopeful that such a situation may never arise.

2. If there is a defect in the item, please send us an email to info@the-ArtisanBoutique.com within 24 hours of the shipment being delivered with a picture of the defect and we will send you a free return label.

3. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your return request. Please do not ship any order without the confirmation email.

4. The patron will need to ship the item in the same condition it was received without further damage or usage and we will initiate a refund after we receive and inspect the defective item.

5. If you wish to cancel your purchase, send us an email within 24 hours of booking. We will cancel your order only under circumstances that the product has not been dispatched. We will initiate a refund and a confirmation mail will be sent to you for the same.

Product Disclaimer

Although we strive to accurately display the color of our products showcased on The Artisan Boutique website, there may be variations and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors. Some fabrics may appear to have more shine under bright lights than reality. Other details like size, handwork, embellishments, weight may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variations when placing the order online.
